1. Cancel 24 hours or more before departure
Cancel at least 24 hours before the programme’s scheduled start time to receive a full refund of the amount paid for that booking.
2. Less than 24 hours and no-shows
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, late arrival that prevents participation, and failure to attend are not refundable.
3. Cancellation by Patio or a provider
If Patio or the service provider cancels because of weather, venue closure, safety or operational reasons, you may choose a reasonable rescheduled date or a full refund for the affected programme.
4. Programme-specific exceptions
The standard cancellation rules apply to the current booking-hold flow. A programme-specific exception can apply only after the website supports it and clearly displays it in the programme details and checkout before payment. We will not add an undisclosed stricter condition after booking or payment.
5. How to request cancellation
Email patrickpatiothai@gmail.com or contact +66 95 940 3962 with your booking number, lead traveller name and travel date. The request time is when Patio receives your message.
6. Refund timing and method
Online payment is not currently available. For any amount paid directly to Patio, an approved refund will be arranged using an agreed method. If online payment is enabled later, approved refunds will normally return to the original payment method; Patio will initiate them promptly, while the time to appear will depend on Omise or the applicable provider, the payment network and your bank.
7. Partial use and changes
Unused parts of a programme are not refundable after participation has begun unless Patio confirms otherwise. Date, package, venue or traveller changes depend on availability and may change the price.
